Why Baby Crawlers™?
Because you want the best for your baby. Now your baby doesn’t have to crawl unprotected; our patent pending design will give you piece of mind, at least when it comes to its tender knees. Our pants are extremly durable and cute, too.

Will the padding inhibit the natural movement of my baby’s crawling?
No. We put just the right amount of padding in just the right place on our Baby Crawlers™
pants.

What about non-skid capacity?
We found that non-skid material doesn’t really improves crawling; on the contrary, being able to slide makes crawling easier and more natural.

Does Baby Crawlers™ require special care?
No. You just toss them in the washing machine, like any other denim pants. Follow the care directions on the label.

B. ORDERS

How do I place an order?
Browse our store and add selected items to your shopping cart. When finished shopping, click Checkout. Then you’ll have the option to create an account or just check out. Provide the information requested (shipping, credit card, etc..), and submit your order. Please feel free to contact us with any questions at:

How many items can I put in the shopping cart?
You can order as many items as you like.

What happens if a product is out of stock?
If a product is not in stock, please feel free to email us at info@babies-in-motion.com for an estimated arrival date.

How do I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled with no additional charge as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please send an email to info@babies-in-motion.com and include your name and order confirmation number.

Do I pay sales tax?
We will collect sales tax on all purchases sent within the state of California. In addition, if you send a package to an address in California, sales tax is required. The current rate is 8.250% of the price of the merchandise; shipping costs are not taxable.

When is my credit card charged?
You card is charged when the order is shipped.

Can I have my items gift wrapped?
We offer a gift wrapping service which can be added to your shopping cart. Your purchase will be nicely gift wrapped for you.

Do you have a gift registry?
Not at the moment, but send us an email to gift@babies-in-motion.com with the information and we’ll forward your wishes to who ever you want. Friends and family would be glad to know about our product.

C. SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped, and how soon will I get it?
Your order will usually be shipped within three to five days from when you place your order. Arrival time will depend on your shipping option choice.

Can I have my order sent to a different location other than my billing address?
Yes. When you fill out the billing and shipping pages, you can specify where you would like something sent, if it's different from the billing address. Please note, however, that Babies In Motion™ cannot accommodate multiple shipping addresses. If you want to purchase several items and have each of them sent to a different address, you will have to make separate purchases. Please note that Babies In Motion™ cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes.

D. RETURNS

What is your return policy?
Merchandise purchased from Babies In Motion™
may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in like new condition, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.

How do I return something to you?
If you would like to return something, you will need to email us at info@babies-in-motion.com whithin 30 days of purchase to receive the Return Authorization Number for your product. No returns will be accepted without our Return Authorization Number. Once we have received your package we will inspect the contents. All products need to be in original packaging. If the product is in satisfactory condition we will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card you used for your original purchase. Please make sure that you include your name, address, telephone number, order number, and email address. We only refund shipping charges if we made an error with your order.
